Hannie McClean is a Dublin-based transdisciplinary artist and educator working across dance, theatre, digital, and visual art. Her work has been presented and supported by Peridance Legacy (New York), Arts on Site (New York), LA Showbox (Los Angeles), Dance Ireland (Dublin), amongst other venues.
As a performer, Hannie has collaborated and toured with a range of artists and performance projects notably: Amirov Dance Theater (artistic collaborator and performer), Beth Soll & Company (principal), 92nd NY Opera Series (Dancer), Brooklyn Opera Works (Dancer).
Hannie holds an M.F.A. in Experimental Choreography from the University of California, Riverside (Summa Cum Laude), a Certificate in Clown from The Clown School, Los Angeles, and a B.F.A. (Hons) in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, (Cum Laude).
