Favour Oluwaseunla Odusola is a Nigerian-Irish multidisciplinary artist, dance educator, and performer based in Dublin, Ireland. With a rich background in Afro dance, contemporary, and theatre, Favour brings a dynamic and culturally rooted approach to his teaching. He is the co-founder of UMAKOKO, founder of UMA and JAIVA Dance Camp, platforms dedicated to promoting Afro-dance culture and fostering creative growth for dancers of all levels.

 

Favour has performed with renowned companies like the Irish Modern Dance Theatre and CoisCéim Dance Theatre, and his work has been featured in festivals such as the 5 Lamps Festival, Mother Tongues Festival, and the Irish Youth Dance Festival. As an award-winning artist, he has received multiple Arts Council bursaries and commissions, highlighting his contribution to the Irish dance scene.

 

Favour also has over 9 years of experience in the entertainment industry, performing for A-list artists such as Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Asake, Diamond Platinum and working for brands such as Coca cola, Pepsi, Banking institutions worldwide to name a few.

 

With extensive experience in both performance and community outreach, Favour’s classes focus on empowering dancers through rhythm, storytelling, and connection to movement. His teaching style encourages exploration, confidence, and personal expression while building strong foundational techniques. Favour is passionate about creating inclusive, vibrant spaces where dancers can grow, connect, and unlock their potential.
